The Challenge

When I joined HiMama in 2019, the challenge was to enhance and establish consistency across brand visuals by crafting a creative style that resonated with childcare center owners and operators. HiMama aimed to appeal to more mid-market customers to increase deal sizes and annual recurring revenue.

The Solution

To appeal to larger customers, I collaborated with the HiMama marketing team to establish a new visual identity and brand guidelines. The focus was on blending playfulness with professionalism to create a look and feel that resonated with our audience. After finalizing the brand guidelines in 2019, I spent the next four years building out the brand and enhancing customer sentiment.
